Friday night out at klcc


















Pari paretal (not so spicy) Stingray...


humm ya I can't cook my ori spicy sambal cos my sis can't eat em.



1/2 kg ikan pari
2 tomatoes diced
1 big onion chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp plain chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1tsp fennel powder
1 tsp turmeric poder
curry leaves
coriander leaves
1tsp tamarind paste
salt to taste
3 tbsp of oil


=> Heat d wok n pour in d oil.
=> Add in Onion, ginger garlic paste n curry leaves.
=> When d sweet smell rises put in all d powders n stir.
=>  Add in 2/3 cup of water.
=> Now throw in d fish, tomatoes n tamarind paste n salt.
=> Don't stir to much or d fish may break.
=> Once it starts to thicked up n d fish is cooked remove from wok n serve.
=> Garnish with d coriander leaves.


SO SIMPLE!!

Prawn peretal



Cooked prawn today, wished to add in petai but d petai in d fridge was not so good anymore, I wanted to make sambal but my sister can't eat spicy food so I did this!



1/2 kg prawn
2 tomatoes diced
1 big onion chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 heaped tbsp of plain chili powder 
1 tsp cumin powder
1tsp turmeric powder
curry leaves
salt to taste
2 to 3 tbsp oil
a squeeze of lime or lemon


=> Heat wok and pour in d oil.
=> Add in onion, genger garlic paste and curry leaves.
=> Then put in the chili, cumin n turmeric powder n stir.
=> Add in d prawns n tomatoes.
=> add salt to taste.
=> Squeeze in d lime or lemon
=> Once cooked remove from wok n serve.


SO SIMPLE!
