JELLY CAKE (ROSE & COCONUT MILK FLAVOUR)

Made this for my precious son's birthday. Love u baby.

                                         

                                                        

Ingredients

clear layer (A)

25g agar agar powder (3tbsp)
1500ml water
250g sugar
daun pandan

coconut milk later (B)

25g agar agar powder
1500ml water
100g coconut powder
250g sugar
pinch of salt
 pandan leaves


=> Boil all d ingredients in A and let to cool slightly.
=> Boil all ingredients in B and let to cool slightly
=> Prepare a medium heart shaped cake pan. (wet the pan before using)
=> You can divide d portions according to the no of layers you want.
=> Colour them as u desire.
=>Pour the first layer into wet pan n let it set.
=> Before pouring the second layer, scratch d top of the first with a toothpick.
=> Continue until all d layers r done.
